ARTWORK PROCESS: Bill Nye the Science Guy

Bill Nye the Science guy used to be my favorite show growing up and was one of the reasons I wanted to be in STEM as a child (which, obviously... Didn't pan out).

With thumbnailing I started out with Mr. Rogers, Bob Ross, and Bill Nye. I did a quick sketch of Nye with scientific items in the beaker. We chose that thumbnail.

I expanded the thumbnail to include a smoke cloud of the subjects he had on his show.

Here are my references and moodboard. It was just watching more Bill Nye the Science Guy than someone should in 2 weeks. I have not watched the entire show, and will make it my mission to do so. Am I going to succeed? We will let time tell.

I also found out that Nye had featured on Mr. Roger's show before, and that Bob Ross had a part in one of the episodes. I knew I wanted to put them in.
